Create, reschedule, and update appointments from your clinic calendar.

Step-by-step guide

  1. 1Open Calendar and choose the correct date and practitioner.
  2. 2Click Create appointment and select an existing client or add a new one.
  3. 3Choose service, duration, and assigned practitioner.
  4. 4Confirm start time and review conflicts before saving.
  5. 5Use appointment details to update status, notes, and pricing.
  6. 6Open the Forms tab on an appointment to add service-linked forms, send them by email or SMS, copy the customer-specific link, or open the form for in-clinic completion.
  7. 7If the appointment is covered by an active package, complete the appointment before redeeming a package entitlement.
  8. 8Reverse a package redemption only when the wrong entitlement was selected and no payment has been recorded on the appointment invoice.
  9. 9Reschedule by dragging the appointment or editing date/time fields.
  10. 10Cancel only when needed and notify the client immediately.
