Step-by-step guide

  1. 1Clients open the portal from the clinic link and sign in with the details your clinic has on file.
  2. 2The portal shows upcoming and past appointments so clients can confirm what has already been booked.
  3. 3Active packages show remaining service quantities, expiry date, value remaining, amount paid, amount outstanding, and invoice status.
  4. 4Use the portal package view during payment follow-up so clients can see the same outstanding package balance your team sees.
  5. 5Ask clients to contact the clinic if a package balance, expiry date, or invoice status looks wrong.
  6. 6Keep package redemptions current from appointment details so the portal always reflects accurate remaining sessions.
