Step-by-step guide
- 1Sign up for Appointa and confirm your email.
- 2Create your clinic and complete the basic business details.
- 3New clinics start with an editable Consultation service, owner practitioner, weekday availability, service assignment, consent form, and starter package template so internal appointment booking can be used immediately.
- 4Review your timezone, business hours, starter service, starter package, and booking preferences.
- 5Add or edit service categories and core services as your menu grows.
- 6Invite additional team members and assign service permissions.
- 7Open the Setup checklist and complete each required task.
- 8Leave public booking disabled until the clinic profile, services, bookable staff, contact details, policies, and payment requirements are complete.
- 9Leave online payments disabled until Stripe account, charges, and payouts are fully set up, then enable customer online payments from Settings.
- 10Run a test appointment to confirm calendar and reminders are working.
